Do you offer same day delivery ?

Yes, we do! At All Boxed Out, we offer same-day delivery Monday through Saturday. To ensure your order qualifies, please place your order before 12 PM. Orders placed before this cut-off time will be processed and dispatched the same day, so you can receive your items as quickly as possible.

Please note that same-day delivery is subject to availability, and in the event an item sells out, we may need to adjust your delivery timeline. If your item is out of stock, you’ll be notified promptly with an estimated delivery update.

We’re committed to getting your order to you as fast as possible, so you can enjoy your purchases without delay!

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued, if All Boxed Out is provided with 48 hours notice via email allboxedoutt@gmail.com prior to the delivery date scheduled

What if the delivery address is incorrect ?

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate, as we’re not responsible for incorrect information. If the address is wrong, we can:

  • Deliver to an alternative location: There may be a redelivery charge. We’ll inform you of the cost, and if you agree, we’ll process the payment over the phone. Note: This could affect your original delivery time.

For health and safety reasons, we can't collect and redeliver to a new address once delivery is made. Please contact customer service for re-delivery options, which will incur a fee.

What if the recipient is not home?

If the recipient is not home We’ll leave your box in the safest spot possible. Our drivers can only wait for 5 minutes due to tight schedules, so please ensure the box is picked up promptly to avoid damage or tampering.

We provide tracking so both senders and recipients know when delivery is made.

What time will my delivery arrive ?

Same-day orders in Sydney leave from 8 AM and are delivered by 5 PM. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods. While our drivers strive to meet these times, some factors beyond our control may cause delays.

Do your boxes contain or have traces of nuts ?

YESSS !!! Please be aware that our boxes may contain traces of nuts !! Due to these circumstances we are unable to guarantee that this box is completely free of allergens
