Refund policy
- Cancellation or Reschedule of Delivery
- You may only cancel your order, and receive a full refund from ALLBOXEDOUT, if:
- you provide ALLBOXEDOUT with written notice by email no less than 48 hours before your earliest scheduled delivery time; and
- your order has not been prepared.
- You may only reschedule delivery of your order if:
- you provide ALLBOXEDOUT with written notice by email no less than 48 hours before your earliest scheduled delivery time;
- your order has not been despatched; and
- ALLBOXEDOUT agrees to do so.
- Any notice under this clause must be sent to the following email address:
allboxedoutt@gmail.com
- Orders cannot be cancelled or re-scheduled other than in accordance with this clause, or with the agreement of ALLBOXEDOUT
- In the event that you cancel or re-schedule other than in accordance with this clause, you agree that:
- in the case of cancellation – you will not be entitled to a refund; and
- in the case of re-scheduling – you will pay ALLBOXEDOUT an additional delivery fee (which may be more than the initial delivery fee) for each time you re-schedule.
