Refund policy

  1. Cancellation or Reschedule of Delivery


    1. You may only cancel your order, and receive a full refund from ALLBOXEDOUT, if:


      1. you provide ALLBOXEDOUT with written notice by email no less than 48 hours before your earliest scheduled delivery time; and


      1. your order has not been prepared.


    1. You may only reschedule delivery of your order if:


      1. you provide ALLBOXEDOUT with written notice by email no less than 48 hours before your earliest scheduled delivery time;


      1. your order has not been despatched; and


      1. ALLBOXEDOUT agrees to do so.


    1. Any notice under this clause must be sent to the following email address:

    1. Orders cannot be cancelled or re-scheduled other than in accordance with this clause, or with the agreement of ALLBOXEDOUT


    1. In the event that you cancel or re-schedule other than in accordance with this clause, you agree that:


      1. in the case of cancellation – you will not be entitled to a refund; and


      1. in the case of re-scheduling – you will pay ALLBOXEDOUT an additional delivery fee (which may be more than the initial delivery fee) for each time you re-schedule.
